Almost everything new about this place was made by someone who lives within a few miles of Charlie O's. The mark on the door, the wall in the dining room, the photos on this site.

That was deliberate. Spending close to home is a good part of why we wanted this building in the first place, and everyone below made Charlie O's feel like ours a lot faster than we could have managed on our own.
